15 gms switch_nutrition peanut butter toffee protein powder
1/2 cup of brown rice
10 gms unsalted peanuts
1 can of fat free tuna (I used Greenseas spicy chilli)
5 gms spring onion
35 gms cucumber
15 gms corn kernels
And a drizzle of sriracha sauce

350 cals – 30P/10F/32C
